Garfield Middle School 8th Grade Uniform Donation Drive

As we approach the end of the school year, we are seeking donations of school uniforms from our graduating 8th-grade students. These donations will benefit incoming 6th-grade students who may need assistance in acquiring their uniforms.

Every year in August, Garfield Middle School hosts a uniform donation event to support families and students in need. We kindly ask our 8th-grade students to contribute by donating their gently used uniforms.

As a token of our appreciation, all 8th-grade students who donate their uniforms will be allowed to dress down for the whole week, starting June 17th. This is a great opportunity for students to help their peers while enjoying a more relaxed dress code for a week.

Donation Details:
What to Donate: Clean and gently used school uniforms
When to Donate: June 17th
How to Donate: Bring uniforms to the main office or designated donation boxes
Uniform Preparation: All donated uniforms will be professionally cleaned before being distributed to incoming 6th-grade students. This ensures that the uniforms are in the best possible condition for their new owners.

Your generosity makes a significant difference in the lives of our students. Thank you for your continued support and participation in this important community effort.

If you have any questions, please contact the school office.

Our youth community outreach food bank helps our families in need over the summer with the assistance of Strangers Helping Strangers.
Our food pantry is running low, for any students who brings 2 nonperishable food items to replenish our Garfield middle school community food bank will receive dress down starting June 17th for the rest of the school year.

We thank you in advanced.
